Summer Camp: Teepees & Drums / Bugs & Birds (ages 3-7 years*)
Each week, we will explore a different aspect of the wonderful cultures of Native American tribes. Through building, gardening, circle games, cooking, and more, we will get to know these earliest Americans. A flowing, gentle rhythm, responsive to the openness of the summer will guide the children through the day. We will spend time outdoors and indoors. A mid-morning snack will be provided and the day will end with lunch and story. Please provide lunch, including water, for your child in an insulated lunch bag with an ice pack. Please apply sunscreen and bug repellent to your children at home and bring sunhats.
Instructors: This Summer Program will be led by Jessica Khoshabo and Erika Loker-Vass. Both are Waldorf Early Childhood teachers at the Apple Blossom School. The program will offer the children a true-to-form Waldorf experience: nourishing their physical development and striving for truth, beauty and goodness in the class environment.

*Open to children turning 3 by December. Classes contingent upon enrollment of 5 or more children per week. No drop-ins please - sign up before the week begins.
